Postpartum is the period following childbirth, and while it's often thought to last around six to eight weeks, the experience actually extends much further. Both your body and mind undergo significant changes that can last a lifetime. You are not alone in this journey, and it is completely acceptable to seek support as you navigate this new chapter of your life.I encourage all women, whether you are one day or several years postpartum, to embark on this empowering healing journey!
